Welcome to the AIS partnership program.  I want to personally welcome you and wish you success and good fortune with your new business venture.  

By joining AIS you accomplished more in one day than you could have in months had you chosen to take on this endeavor on your own.  Our system allows you to start your business immediately focusing your energy on marketing instead of overcoming the obstacles of creating your website.  All other issues such as technology, payment processing, customer service, inventory and order processing are handled by us. 

Our program is based on a partnership model and has proven to be efficient, effective and successful.  The basis of the partnership is quite simple.  You promote your website and we do the rest!  AIS will take care of all the tasks necessary to run your website smoothly and effectively providing you the infrastructure necessary to build a successful online business.  Your primary responsibility from this point on will be to market your website. 

One of the most common questions I hear from new members is “how much will I make?”  The answer to this question is, “That is up to you”.  We are in the business of providing our members with the inventory, technology and infrastructure necessary for an online web store.  We do not generate sales for our members.  Here is an analogy that I often refer to when explaining our partnership arrangement with our members. 

“Think of us as a physical fitness gym and yourself as a member.  We provide you with all of the equipment necessary for you to get in shape.  We even have trainers on staff and work out guides at your disposal.  However, if you do not go to the gym and use the equipment, trainers and guides, you will most likely remain out of shape.  You will not get in shape simply because you are paying the gym membership fees”

This is a fairly accurate analogy as it pertains to our program.  We are providing you with all of the tools necessary for you to run your adult web site.  We have marketing tips, guides and online support available at your disposal.  However, if you do not use these tools and market your website you will not make money.

Your success will be a direct result of the effort that you put into promoting your website.  Remember, this is a business and with any business an investment is required to make it successful.  This may mean that you will have to invest money for website promotion.  If you do not have money to invest than you must invest time into marketing.  Either way, an investment of some sort is required.  If you are willing to make the investment of time, money or both, you should be pleased with your results.

Think of this manual as your guide to getting you started with marketing your website.  It is not meant to cover everything and every method of marketing but It will be a great starting point.  Our goal is to steer you in the right direction and hopefully help you avoid many of the common pitfalls and mistakes.
